Sen. Wadada urges Nigerian Christians to be virtuous in all ramifications

LAFIA – The Senator representing Nasarawa West of Nasarawa State Senator Ahmed Aliyu Wadada has extended his warmest greetings to all Christians in Nasarawa State and beyond.

In his Christmas message, signed by him and made available to Rainbow Newspaper yesterday, he reminded the Christians of the Virtues of love, tolerance, peace, and unity as the true cornerstone of human Existence.

The Senator has again reiterated that Christmas marks the birth of Jesus Christ and teaches the importance of Compassion and Sacrifice (John 13:34-35).

Wadada pointed out that Nasarawa State, being a Multi-Religious Society, is blessed with diversity, ensuring all the people of Nasarawa State Continue to live in peace and harmony, as confirmed in the Holy Book of (Romans 12:18).

He further called on the Christians to remember the words of Mathews (5:9), who says, “Peace Makers are called the Children of God.

His words, “We must therefore be agents of peace in our various communities and resolve our disputes amicably and ensure our actions promote reconciliation. We should also come together under God, as One family.

“May the joys and blessings of Christmas fill Our homes and hearts with the fear of God. May the New Year also bring renewed hope, progress, peace, and unity to our dear Tate (Nasarawa), amen”.
