NUJ Ughelli Chapel rejoices with Apah on his appointment, commends Gov. Oborevwori

The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Ughelli Correspondent Chapel has commended the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, for appointing its Chairman, Comrade Sunday Apah, as his Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Media.

The union in a statement signed by its vice chairman, Comrade Kparobor Eghwubare, and secretary, Hezekiah Ovedhe noted that Apah’s appointment is another positive development for journalists serving in the current administration of Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State.

The Chapel described the appointment as a well-deserved reward for diligence, dedication, and ingenuity.

The statement noted that Apah, through his years of reporting on the activities of the Delta State Government, has consistently demonstrated excellence, making this appointment a recognition of his continued commitment to quality work.

The Chapel expressed gratitude to Governor Oborevwori for the appointment and expressed confidence that Comrade Apah would represent the union admirably while serving the state government in line with the Governor’s MORE AGENDA for Deltans.

The statement urged media practitioners in the Chapel and throughout the state to conduct themselves with dignity and uphold the ethics of the profession in their work. It emphasized that diligence and hard work will always be recognized and rewarded.
