Political Tsunami Looms In Delta APC As DPAN Holds Political Family On The Way Forward
*Says Group will not endorse any candidate or political party unless the agreement is respected
•••We will make our position and decisions known when the political coast is clear

UGHELLI – The political landscape of Delta State is engulfed in political quagmires as a political pressure group, Delta Political Actualisation Network (DPAN), with over seven thousand (7000) members, holds a political family meeting to plan the way forward.
Speaking during the meeting of the executive members and stakeholders of the group held in Ughelli recently, the administrative headquarters of Ughelli North local government area, the national leader of the group, High Comrade Rayner Ative Ishaka, expressed dissatisfaction with the Delta APC, saying the party is playing tortoise-and-hare with the group.
Addressing over two thousand five hundred critical stakeholders of the group during the meeting tagged “Political Family Meeting”, Ishaka hinted that there’s money in politics and nobody should take the group’s political agreement with the All Progressives Congress (APC, Delta State chapter) for granted, as has been perceived by the group members.
“We are into politics to better the lives of lots of members across the state; we will make our position and decisions known when the political coast of the state is clear.
” Our position and decisions will be in the best interests of our political families; we will reverse the order of political oppression in Delta State come 2027.
“We are not here to endorse any political party and candidates; we are here to meet with our political families because, as it is today, the grassroots doesn’t have a say in Delta State politics. We will not allow this trend to continue in the state. Come 2027, we will use our group to change the political narratives of Delta State politics”. Ishaka vowed.
While urging members of the group to use their permanent voters card (PVC) wisely come 2027, he said the group (DPAN) has not spoken, adding that anyone who wants their votes will come to the group to tell the group what they want and what they have for the group, emphasising that the group is not into politics to enslave themselves to any politician in the state but to better their lives. He noted.
