Ibori at 68: Charles Okiroro Akeni Celebrates Former Governor’s Enduring Leadership Legacy

UGHELLI – Chief Charles Okiroro Akeni, KSC, FIPMA, FNES, FIMC, the Enifovie of Ozoro Kingdom and Chairman of the Elders’ Council of the Integrity Group for Renewed Hope for MORE Agenda, Delta State, has extended warm felicitations to former Delta State Governor, Chief James Onanefe Ibori, as he marks his 68th birthday.
