I Will Salvage Ughelli/Udu Federal Constituency If Elected – Ominimini
By Matthias Ogbagah
UGHELLI – Former Commissioner of the Delta State Oil Producing Area Development Commission (DESOPADEC), Chief (Dr) Christopher Emaye Obiuwevbi Ominimini and a frontline House of Representatives House aspirant for Ughelli North, South and Udu federal constituency in the 2027 general elections under the platform of Nigeria Democratic Congress has promised to salvage the constituency if elected.
Ominimini gave the assurance while fielding questions from journalists in Ughelli on his core reasons for wanting to represent the people of the Ughelli North, South and Udu federal constituency at the Green Chamber.
According to him, the constituency has been underrepresented by the successive members voted to represent the constituency despite the huge contributions from the area to the country’s economy.
“Over the years, the Ughelli/Udu has been left underdeveloped by the successive governments as a result of the incompetence and inefficiency of those who represented the constituency and could not move motions or bills to transform the area.
“If elected i will move motions and make bills that will be of benefit to the people of the constituency. I will make bills that will revamp moribund industries and companies in Ughelli North, South and Udu federal constituency”, Ominimini assured.
While calling on Ughelli North, South and Udu federal constituents to collect their PVC and to come en masse to vote for him, he further assured that with him in the federal house of representatives, he will make bills that will direct oil companies operating in the area to give jobs to the graduates, youths, and women of the constituency.
