Bomadi/Patani APC Federal Constituency primaries end in a stalemate

The Bomadi/Patani Federal Constituency All Progressive Congress APC primary election ended in stalemate arising from disagreement over absence of the Independent National Electoral officer ,EO, and its team for the process.
The APC Returning officer for the Bomadi/Patani Federal Constituency Dr Godwin Adolor and its team all scampered for safety following absence of the Bomadi EO, Electoral Officer of the Independent National Electoral Commission who could not show up to observe the process.
Dr Adolor who arrived at the venue Bomadi town hall around 4pm to conduct the primaries pleaded to the party stakeholders for his late arrival citing some unforeseen while coming.
Adolor while speaking assured that the party stakeholders that the primaries would be transparent that with the presence of the ward Returning officers electoral materials would arrived the wards for voting to commence, he said.
The Returning officer Adolor after displaying the plain ward Returning sheets thereafter proceeded to announced the names of the ward Returning officers.
Mr Peres Seleyeibo the Bomadi Local Government Area APC Chairman insisted that the EO, and other INEC staff absence would invalidate the exercise and asked for her presence. But no meaningful explanation was given for their absence.
The Bomadi Council Chairman Mr Dagidi Andaye who tried to give an explanation for their absence angered the party stakeholders and violence erupted in the hall and everyone scampered for safety.
The Bomadi/Patani Federal Constituency Returning Officer and its officers were whisked away from the scene by whiskers.
