Alleged Forgery Of NDC Primary’s Results: Akpovoka Risks Jail Term For Forging NDC – Ominimini
…says the spirit of knowledge departed from him during the forgery

UGHELLI – Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) aspirant for Ughelli North, Ughelli South and Udu federal constituency, Hon. Julius Akpovoka, in the last NDC primary, has been embroiled in troubled waters as he was allegedly involved in the forgery of NDC’s result sheets to pervert justice.
Akpovoka was accused of forging the party’s result sheet in the last primary election of the party with the caption, “NIGERIA DEMOCRATIC CONGRESS STATEMENT OF RESULT, HOUSE OF REPS NDC” to secure the party’s favour in the green chamber at the national house of Assembly.
According to a statement by Chief Dr Christopher Obiuwevwi Ominimini, Akpovoka allegedly used one Mr Austin Kpedi’s name to sign the forged result with a fake stamp bearing the name of NDC and an unknown secretariat “NDC NATIONAL ORGANISING SECRETERIATE” that does not exist
Ominimini described the actions of Akpovoka as the highest forgery and criminality of the millennium.
While condemning Akpovoka’s criminal acts, he disclosed that the atrocities of Julius Akpovoka are centred on forging result sheets bearing the party’s name with serial number SN. 000001, forging of accredited voters’ papers with serial number SN. 000001, forging of ballot papers issued to pulling units, whereas there is no pulling unit and ballot papers in the party’s primary election.
According to him, the party’s primary election was conducted as an operation queue behind your candidate.
“So the party could not have printed a result sheet bearing the number of ballot papers issued to pulling unit, unused ballot papers, whereas there are no ballot papers for primary elections of the party, this is the mother of all forgery Ominimini declared.
According to him, all Akpovoka’s claims of results sheets, ballot papers, unused ballot papers, rejected ballot papers, and spoiled papers are a clear indication of his zero intellect and his myopic imagination to pervert justice in the twenty-first century.
“I stand to be corrected that none of the documents purportedly submitted by him is properties of NDC, saying the party does not “Region,” Akpovoka claimed in his ambiguous petitions.
While putting the records straight, Ominimini educated the petitioner, Mr Julius Akpovoka, that Nigeria is no longer operating regionals government.
“The government of General Yakubu Gowon abrogated regions and created states in 1967. Delta Central is a Senatorial District. The party NDC is managed by men of high educational standards and knowledge. Such a document can’t emanate and did not emanate from the party.
“We are sure that the forger, Julius Akpovoka, is unknownly interested in going to jail”.
When contacted according to the statement, Mr Austin Kpedi and Chief Hon Victor Ohare, whom he claimed had signed forged documents, denied knowing the forged documents.
Ominimini argued that the result sheets of three different LGAs can not bear the same serial number SN 000001, saying the spirit of knowledge departed from Julius Akpovoka when he was carrying out the forgery.
The forged result for Udu LGA was signed, but the name of the signatory was left blank. It clearly shows that it was forged.
The statement disclosed further that the two police reports were also forged, as the two DPOs he quoted in his claims denied the purported police reports.
Ominimini picked loopholes in Akpovoka’s petitions as he declared that the NDC Nomination Form was not issued to Julius Akpovoka, and the notary public officer who signed the illegal form paraded by Akpovoka is not known to the law.
