NSCDC Delta Command Congratulates Commandant General Of NSCDC, Audi On His Reappointment

ASABA – The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Delta State Command, has congratulated the Commandant General of the Corps on his well-deserved reappointment.
In a press release dated March 1, 2026, the Delta State Commandant, Chinedu F. Igbo, described the reappointment as a recognition of the Commandant General’s exemplary leadership and remarkable achievements during his first tenure.
According to the statement, his initial tenure was characterised by massive operational milestones, effective administration, and a strategic drive for excellence that positioned the Corps on the global stage.
The Command noted that under his leadership, the NSCDC was transformed into a proactive, resilient, and intelligence-led security agency, playing a formidable role within Nigeria’s security architecture.
The statement further highlighted that the Commandant General operationally projected the image of the Corps beyond the shores of the country, strengthening its national and international profile.
Expressing confidence in the renewed mandate, the Delta Command stated that greater heights would serve only as stepping stones toward sustained excellence and international recognition for the Corps.
The Command also assured the Commandant General of its unalloyed support, pledging increased dedication to duty—particularly in the protection of critical national assets and infrastructure and reaffirmed its commitment to supporting efforts to reposition the Corps in line with current global security challenges.
The statement concluded with prayers for divine guidance, protection, and wisdom as he continues to lead the Corps to greater heights.
