Delta 2027: Oborevwori’s Second Tenure Is Guaranteed, He has worked for it – Egbo

UGHELLI – As the race to Osadebey House, ASABA Delta State come 2027 gathered momentum every second that passed, Hon. Jaro Egbo, the executive chairman of Ughelli North local government area Delta State on Sunday, told newsmen that Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s second tenure is guaranteed.

According to him, the governor has paid his dues and worked and shown quality leadership for his second tenure come the 2027 general elections in the state.

“2027 general elections in Delta State is one-way traffic; PDP will sweep everywhere, and there will be no vacancy for other political parties, if there are any, in the state.

Egbo gave the assurance at his Camp Moses Vineyard Abovwe-Ughelli while granting newsmen interview shortly after his election victory’s thanksgiving at All Saints Cathedral, Otor-Iwreko cum dedication of his Chapel of Grace & Mercy by the Archbishop of Bendel Province and Bishop of Ughelli Diocese Anglican Communion, His Grace, Most Revd. Cyril Odiboroghene Oduteme, accompanied by Rt.Revd Blessing Erefeta.

While responding to journalists about why he built a chapel on his premises, he said the Chapel is to thank God for His grace and mercies upon his life.

“Everything I got is by the divine grace of God, I am not the eldest in my family, am not the most brilliant in my family, am not the first politician in my family, nor am I perfect, but God considered me worthy to be here so chapel is an appreciation.

“In African settings, especially in the Urhobo tradition if you have a magnificent compound like this usually they build an alter called Orisé where they worship their ancestors, but God has opened our eyes to see signs and wonders so this is my own Orisé an alter of God where I can run to and every other alters are under it”.

He promised to use the grace of God upon his life to bring development and succor to the people of Ughelli North local government area.
