NDYA’s National Leader, Ogbona Lauds PAP Administrator, Dr. Otuaro For His Transformative Leadership

The National Leader of the Niger Delta Youth Assembly, Hon. Meshach Ogbona, has commended the administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), High Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro PhD, for his visionary leadership quality, impactful initiatives programnes geared at empowering the youths and transforming the future of lots of the Niger Delta region.
Ogbona made the commendation in a statement signed by him and available to the Rainbow Newspaper.
He commended Otuaro’s commitments to education, skills training, and empowerment programs, noting that these efforts have significantly contributed to the socio-economic development of the region.
According to him, “Under his stewardship, the PAP has demonstrated a clear understanding of the challenges facing our youth and has taken bold steps to address them,” Ogbona said.
He noted that unlike previous administrations, which failed to deliver on their promises, Otuaro’s policies are yielding tangible results, engaging the youth and providing them with opportunities to contribute meaningfully to society.
“This is the time to rally behind him and allow him to work, rather than resorting to unwarranted criticism and blackmail,” he urged.
His words, “The Niger Delta Youth Assembly leader also called on stakeholders, including community leaders, traditional rulers, and the general public, to support Chief Otuaro’s efforts to maintain peace and stability in the region.
“We must not allow the sacrifices of our heroes to go in vain. Let us maintain peace and foster smooth relationships with the government,” he appealed.
“Otuaro is not just transforming lives; he is building a brighter future for our children,” he added.
While urging all stakeholders and well-meaning Nigerians to be mindful of the divisive tactics by some disgruntled elements who are trying to undermine the progress of the PAP, he appealed to Nigerians not to allow themselves to be used by bad leaders who plan to scrap this vital program.
He commended the National Security Adviser to the President, Mallam Nuhu Mu’azu Ribadu, for his unwavering support of the PAP program, saying his unrelenting support has contributed to the successful story of the PAP.
