Iboyi Throws Weight Behind Topolo’s Pipe Surveillance Contract, Urges FG To Ignore Critics
By Matthias Ogbagah
UGHELLI – Former president general of Eriemu field, Comrade Ejomafuvwe Iboyi has drummed up support and called on the federal government to renew the Tantita surveillance contract awarded to High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo.

Comrade Iboyi who made this call while speaking to newsmen disclosed that those calls for the non-renewal of the contract awarded to Tompolo are the enemies of the federal government.
According to him, “Tantita handling the surveillance gave employment to the majority of our youths which has resulted in crime reduction to a lower ebb.
Since Tantita started handling this contract, pipeline vandalism has stopped which increases higher production of crude in the country.
Bombing and destruction of trunk line and other oil facilities across the region has stopped and without any apologies those calling for the decentralisation are the enemies of the state.
“Tantita Security Services has blocked the loopholes of those stealing and siphoning oil and they are fighting back.
“If I may ask, why is it that they are only calling on Tantita while other people have the same contract that is higher than that of Tompolo”.
They are very much afraid because, Tompolo exposed why they were hiding from people and he had not engaged people from the region, this noise will not be there.”
Speaking further, Iboyi said, “I am lending my voice to others who oppose decentralisation of the contract among several entities, arguing that maintaining Tantita ensures stability and efficient rise in oil production.
“These enemies are pained that pipeline vandalism, illegal bunkering, sea piracy/kidnapping have reduced as the contract has sustained thousands of jobs for local youth, preventing youth restiveness.
“I am calling on Mr President to renew and expand the surveillance contract of Tantita Security Services just as other groups and ethnic nationalities are appealing.”
