Okporoko Laud Oborevwori’s New Telegraph, Leadership Newspapers Award

The Executive Assistant on Security Matters to the Governor of Delta State, Ambassador Chief Godwin Okporoko has congratulated Governor Sherriff Oborevwori for receiving the Governor of year award from the New Telegraph, and Leadership Newspapers.
The Governor was conferred double recognition as Governor of the Year 2025, for his impactful governance and people-focused policies.
Okporoko, Chairman of Ughelli South United Forum (USUF), in a statement on Thursday, said Governor Oborevwori merited the awards presented to him by the two national newspapers.
According to him, Governor Oborevwori is performing credibly well, as the entire Country are seeing the good works being done by him in Delta State.
Okporoko, President General of Owahwa Sub-Clan OML34, further said, “ Governor Sherriff Oborevwori is diligently fulfilling his campaign promises to the people of Delta State. The Governor is also implementing his MORE Agenda programmes and policies to the admiration of Deltans”.
The chieftain of the All Progressives Congress APC in Ughelli South Local Government Area, commended the Governor for the lives being transformed and the accelerated development across Delta State.
Okporoko urged Deltans to continue praying for Governor Oborevwori and also supporting the administration’s MORE Agenda for the overall interests of Delta State.
