Alleged Impersonation: Ugbobor Threats N1.5B Legal Suit Against St. Dikeji Miyerjesu

The founder and chief executive officer of “Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria”, Comrade Meschach Ugbobor, has threatened the Bishop of God’s Grace Ministry Inc, St. Dikeji Daniel Miyerijesu, the Demon Destroyer a.k.a (The World Leader) with a One Billion Naira (N1.5B) legal suit for impersonating his company.
Speaking to newsmen at Ughelli the administrative headquarters of Ughelli North local government area, Delta State, Ugbobor told journalists that he registered Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria at the Ministry of Social Development, Youth, Sports, and Culture, Asaba, Delta State of Nigeria, and a Certificate of Registration was issued to him with Certificate No 0444.
Speaking further, he disclosed that he had willingly assisted the church with his security service company, “Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria” until there was a misunderstanding between him and the founder of God’s Grace Ministry Inc, St. Dikeji Daniel Miyerijesu snd they were parted.
According to him, Bishop St. Dikeji Daniel Miyerijesu, some time ago, obtained access to the certificate of registration for the Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria and allegedly tore it up. He then re-applied for another certificate of registration from the same Ministry, which was reissued to him with certificate number 00732 as a replacement for the one the bishop destroyed.
Ugbobor further alleged that when St. Dikeji Daniel Miyerijesu got to know that the Ministry of Social Development, Youth, Sports and Culture, Asaba had reissued another certificate to him, he approached the ministry as the CEO of Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria with the intent of misleading the ministry to alter the name.
Ugbobor informed newsmen that after parted with God’s Grace Ministry Inc, the bishop continue to use his organization’s name to carry out security service in his church adding that despite twenty-one days notice served the bishop by his lawyer to relinquish the use and operation of Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria in his Ministry, he (Miyerijesu) was defiant and continued to use and operate with the name of the organization.
Ugbobor accused the God’s Grace Ministry and its bishop of parading his organization (Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria) in the just concluded God’s Grace Ministry Inc Shiloh.
When contacted, the legal counsel to God’s Grace Ministry Inc and Bishop St. Dikeji Daniel Miyerijesu the Demon Destroyer a.k.a (The World Leader), Barr. Felix Aburu accused Meschach Ugbobor of dumping and manipulating God’s Grace Ministry Inc and its Bishop for converting the church’s money to his personal use.
His words, ” If he feels we offended him, let him go to court, we will meet him up there, he dumped us, he manipulated the money given to him, and converted the money to his personal use.
While querying if he is an entity on his own, Barr. Felix Aburu alleged that the GGM gave Ugbobor something to do for the church instead of him to use the church name he chose to use his own name.
“We gave him something to do for the church; he used his name, he manipulated the church.
“He has directed his lawyer to write us, and we have replied to him. If he felt we offended him, let him go to court we will meet him in the court, Aburu threatened.
The twenty-one-day notice by his counsel, Orotomah & Associates, dated May 1, 2025, with the caption, “TWENTY-ONE-DAY NOTICE TO RELINQUISH THE USE AND OPERATION OF THE GRACE YOUTH CORPS OF NIGERIA IN YOUR MINISTRY IN ALL RAMIFICATIONS, read in part:
“We are solicitors acting for and on the instruction of MR. MESCHACH UGBOBOR (hereinafter referred to as our client) of Oharisi Street, Ughelli in Ughelli North Local Government Area, Delta State of Nigeria.
“It is our client’s instruction that our client, MR. MESCHACH UGBOBOR founded the Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria in the year 1993.
It is also our client’s instruction that our Client MR. MESCHACH UGBOBOR, the founder/Chief Officer of the Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria, duly registered the Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria at the Ministry of Social Development, Youth, Sports and Culture, Asaba, Delta State of Nigeria, and a Certificate of Registration was issued to our Client with Certificate No 0444.
“Attached hereto is the said Certificate of Registration.
“Our client’s instruction reveals that sometime ago, you tore up the Certificate of Registration of the Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria, and that our client re-applied for another certificate of Registration from the above-mentioned said Ministry, and the same was reissued to our client as a replacement of the one you destroyed. The certificate of registration reissued to our client has certificate NO. 00732.
“Attached hereto is the said Certificate of Registration that was reissued to our Client.
“Our client’s instruction further reveals that you and your Ministry have been using and operating the Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria for more than thirty years now without any appreciation or monetary compensation as a benefit to our client the founder of the Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria and that our client wants to make personal use of his registered Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria now.
“Our client has instructed us to inform you that you and your Ministry should relinquish the use and operation of the Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria in your Ministry or any other places in all ramifications within Twenty-One (21) days of receipt of this letter and we hereby inform you that you and your ministry should relinquish the use and operation of the Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria in your Ministry or any other places in all ramifications within Twenty-One-day (21) of receipt of this letter.
“Our client has also instructed us to inform you that on or before the expiration of Twenty-One-day notice, you and your Ministry should write a letter to our Client that you and your Ministry have relinquish the use, activities and operation of the Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria in all ramifications and we hereby inform you that on or before the expiration of Twenty-One- (21) day notice, you and your Ministry should write a letter to our client that you and your Ministry have relinquish the use, activities and operation of the Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria and the entire operation of activities of Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria in all ramification.
“TAKE NOTICE that if you fail or neglect to relinquish the use and operation of the Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria and the operation of the entire activities of the Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria in all ramification within Twenty-One (21) days we shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to stop you and your ministry from further use and operation of the Grace Youth Corps of Nigeria forthwith”.
