UDU- POSITIONED to over Delta State come 2027, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) under the auspices of Ughelli North, Ughelli South, and Udu federal constituency (U3) on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, inaugurated PDP U3 Media Ambassadors.
Performing the inauguration ceremony at the PDP secretariat, Otor-Udu, the 2027 House of Rep aspirant hopeful for Ughelli North, Ughelli South, and Udu federal constituency (U3), Hon. Dr. Olotu Otemu Akpodiete urged the newly inaugurated U3 media ambassadors to carry out their duties in line with the constitution of the party (PDP).
According to him, the Media Ambassadors’ duties are to disseminate vital information about the party and the country’s forthcoming general elections to the public.
“You are the watchdog of the People Democratic Party (PDP), be constructive in your dissemination of information, don’t engage in false information”, he advised.
In their separate speeches, the trio of the Acting Chairmen of PDP Ughelli North (Hon. Daniel Emaye), Ughelli South – Olorogun Akpokemerha Godwin, and Udu LGA – Comrade Kenairu Aghogho Johnbull commended the convener, Hon.Dr. Olotu Otemu Akpodiete for PDP is stronger in Ughelli and Udu federal constituency.
They commended him for his immense works aimed at building a stronger PDP in U3, noting that if not for him and some elders of the party in the U3, they would have been walking like sheep without a leader. They urged the newly inaugurated leaders to work hard and never to be discouraged.
Those inaugurated to pilot the affairs of PDP U3 are; Amb Comr. Kpohraror Emmanuel Efeludu- Ughelli North (Chairman U3 MEDIA Ambassador), Comrade Temple Eteyeba – Udu (Secretary), Salami Mathew (Udu), EseOghene Muroko (Ughelli North), Akaba Clement (UDU), Usid Joshua (Ughelli North).
Others are; Coach Tuedor Charles Waxca (Ughelli North), Alu Eunice (Ughelli North), Miss Josephine Okokobioko (Ughelli North), and Doro Michael (UDU ).
The media ambassadors are carefully selected from three local government areas of the U3 federal constituency.
Earlier, the chairman of the PDP U3 Media Ambassadors, Amb Comr. Kpohraror Emmanuel Efeludu thanked the convener and leaders of PDP for considering them worthy to serve as media gurus in their party, and assured the party of delivering on the mandate given to them.
